As an eCommerce store operating within South Africa, this Refund & Returns Policy is aligned with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) while also protecting the integrity and safety of our handcrafted and hygienic products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Due to the nature of our products (including essential oils, rollers, body mists, candles, and aromatic formulations), all refund requests are handled at the sole discretion of the owner of Talu Aromatics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Returns Eligibility (7-Day Window)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    For hygiene and safety reasons, opened essential oils, rollers, sprays, and body products may not qualify for return unless defective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued solely at the discretion of the owner<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Refunds may be considered in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Incorrect item received<\/li>\n\n\n\n
